Terms of Service

1. The service. Conduit is an online platform that introduces licensed electricians ("Candidates") to companies hiring for data center and related electrical work ("Employers"). Conduit is not an employer, staffing agency, or party to any employment relationship formed between users.

2. Accounts. You must provide accurate information, be at least 18 years old, and be authorized to act for any company you represent. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account.

3. Employer placement fees. Employers are additionally bound by the Master Placement Agreement accepted at company registration, which governs placement fees, hire reporting, and the replacement guarantee. If these Terms and that agreement conflict, that agreement controls for placement matters.

4. Acceptable use. You may not: misrepresent your identity, licensure, or authority; scrape, harvest, or bulk-export platform data, including candidate profiles; use candidate information for any purpose other than evaluating candidates for your own roles; circumvent or attempt to circumvent placement fees; post false, discriminatory, or unlawful listings; or interfere with the platform's operation or security.

5. Content. You retain rights to content you post and grant Conduit a license to display and distribute it as needed to operate the service. Listings must include a good-faith salary range. Listing edits are permanently recorded.

6. No guarantees. Conduit does not guarantee employment, candidates, hires, or the accuracy of user-provided information, including licensure claims. Verify independently anything material to a hiring decision. Employers are solely responsible for employment decisions and legal compliance, including license verification, background checks, and work eligibility.

7. Termination. You may close your account at any time by contacting conduit.support.CHANGEME@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Placement-fee obligations for Introductions made before termination survive it.

8. Disclaimers; limitation of liability. The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conduit's total liability arising out of the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the fees you paid Conduit in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the service or email. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
